Provisioning. Wrote an orchestrator that turns a fresh VPS into a working node: SSH setup, Docker, health checks and registration in the system.

Monitoring. Prometheus metrics, Grafana, node_exporter, gRPC telemetry and external probes: node health, traffic and network degradation visible from a real client’s perspective.

AI Hub. A multi-model AI platform: chats, document analysis, RAG, user memory, billing and extensible MCP tools.

Microsoft 365 / Exchange Hybrid. Automated bulk operations on mailboxes, permissions, access policies, PST, statistics and Exchange maintenance — PowerShell, Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph API, certificate-based authentication.

Teams & telephony. Automated user migration, Direct Routing number assignment, Voice diagnostics and user / group synchronization with Active Directory.

Active Directory & GPO. Automated attribute-based user and group management; configured corporate security policies and 802.1X Wi-Fi.

Windows deployment. Standardized Windows, driver and software deployment with SCCM / MECM (PXE, Task Sequence, Sysprep), reducing manual workstation preparation.

SharePoint On-Premises. Automated data collection, reporting and user-attribute reconciliation with AD using Python and the SharePoint REST API (NTLM / Windows SSO).

Internal tooling. Routinely turned manual operations into scripts and apps with dry-run, logging and validation — PowerShell, Python, C#, REST APIs, Outlook COM.

Administering application servers, mail servers and Active Directory; supporting banking software.

Providing second- and third-line support for applications, networks, VPN and virtual machines. Collaborating with development and QA teams through Atlassian Jira; participating in incident and problem management.
